As usual with our final episodes of each season, we are calling back guest from the Season to reflect on the wider discussion prompted from the series and to look forward to how we might improve the way change is delivered.

It is with great sadness we reach the end of Season 3 and our interviews with winners of the 2023 Change Awards.

Mark Webb in one character. Having spent much of his career in public relations and communications for some of the world biggest brands he now fully commits his time to charitable endeavours supporting suffers of the disease Multiple Sclerosis. As someone diagnosed with MS in the midst of his full on career, Mark talks about the importance the support he had from colleagues at the time of his diagnosis and how he was able to adjust his work with the use of technology and the support of the leaders he had been working with. Olivia Chalmers is chief change agent at Continuous Improvement Projects. Olivia is like no other Change practitioner Joe or Ket have ever met - she started in Change straight out of school. In this episode we explore the importance of being comfortable with uncomfortable conversations, something Olivia never avoided. In discomfort she found some of the greatest levers to help change happen and she's been confronting difficult situations to her and organisations advantage ever since.

Ket and Joe welcome Tom Mitchell to the Chair in this episode. Tom recently left one of the big consulting firms to set up his own Change Practice. Fed up of the challenge in doing right be the client and the consultants, Tom envisaged a new way to work to deliver Change Expertise. In this episode we talk about how to lead a change impacting your own profession and how to galvanise people to a movement that is going against the grain.

Susie Palmer-Trew is founder of Everyday Change - a pragmatics and playful change consultancy trying to make change accessible and meaningful to leaders and managers that are left bamboozled by the typical literature. Susie joins has having recently lead the team at as CEO at Northampton's Student Union through the pandemic - no small feat. She talks candidly about her role as a change leader and how she worked to be what others needed of her.
