Being a RUNWITHALLI believer means understanding the holistic approach to running as a lifestyle. It’s not just about the fitness aspect. It’s the holistic approach from training, nutrition, recovery, headspace, and making time for your friends and family matters. Stop being so hard on yourself! • EPISODE 134: KrystleDarcy Patterson Joins Me To Chat About Training, Running, and Her Experience Partaking in the Runwithalli® Group Challenges
    Feb 27 2024

Krystle has been in two of the Runwithalli® Group Challenges so far, moving into the Faster 10K challenge from the Faster Mile as her first and the Faster 5K as her second.

She is a new(ish) runner with a long-term goal of running for health and completing an Ultramarathon someday. We're working on building endurance while keeping training varied and fun, with a great community of other women chasing goals similar to Krystle's!

Fun fact: I connected with Krystle on the Gram and have been in touch with her for a while, chatting about all the running things. Watching her blossom, accomplishing goals she never thought she'd achieve, let alone set out to do, has been inspiring. I'm excited to see what she conquers next!

Krystle - it's been an HONOR to have you on the show! We have SUCH great things to look forward to, and I know this episode will inspire many others to do hard things, chase challenging goals, and train smarter to get them!

You can find Krystle on Instagram at @krystle.m.patterson.
