This week, we sat down with Micah Piippo - Micah is the Scheduling Manager at Intel's Technology Development Construction group, where he excels in delivering projects on time and improving planning practices. Previously, he played a key role at Google in developing datacenter scheduling and co-founding the Computer Vision in Construction Team, achieving significant cost savings through automation. Micah holds a Master’s in Project Management from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota. He is also the creator of Beyond Deadlines, a YouTube channel and podcast dedicated to construction scheduling and technology, with a community of over 4,800 followers.
