Nermeen has conducted numerous assurance reviews on process maturity, schedule assurance, and programme gateway reviews. She has designed and set up PMOs tailored to clients’ organisational maturity and applied her project controls experience to ensure effective decisions.

Nermeen has also revamped governance, project management, and controls processes, and developed strategic plans and what-if models for board-level decision-making. Her key strength is communication, adept at influencing stakeholders and resolving conflicts to achieve project outcomes.

This week, we sat down with Micah Piippo - Micah is the Scheduling Manager at Intel's Technology Development Construction group, where he excels in delivering projects on time and improving planning practices. Previously, he played a key role at Google in developing datacenter scheduling and co-founding the Computer Vision in Construction Team, achieving significant cost savings through automation. Micah holds a Master’s in Project Management from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.
