I'm teaching a course on using the writing process to create a podcast and I'm so excited! This class is for seniors in high school who might not be college bound but want to do something fun and creative.

I use a clip from The Startup Podcast by Gimlet Media. The content is theirs, but it illustrates the importance of focusing on what it is you're writing about and ultimately, what you will publish.

This is the first video in a series to help you design and develop your own audio or video podcast. It's one way that I can help you Own Your Good!

Ian really knows his stuff, but that's easy when it's something he loves. Researching and writing a book isn't the first thing most people want to do, but Ian has discovered that the next best thing to riding a roller coaster is designing them and writing about them.

Dave and Pineapple talk about the history of tattoos and their connection to trouble. Pineapple's experience is different though.

Tattooing kept Pineapple out of trouble and has been a great way to connect with people and the beautiful art he helps them create. 

After leaving some drama in Los Angeles, Pineapple found himself spending time with family in Utah. He never imagined that Utah would be a place to have a career in tattoos. 

People are good, whether they have ink or not. Tattoos can be beautiful art or have a special meaning. Dave explains why he got his first tattoo in 2021 and what he hopes to accomplish with it.

If only I knew what to do with my life. Tracy Charlton never had that thought. He didn't always know what he was doing, but he loves video games, and he loves providing those rare, hard-to-find items to everyone in the Layton area. 

How do you figure out how to answer your "if only" statements? Tracy suggests starting with a 6-month plan. What do you want to do? What are the first steps? Do you know enough? Do you have enough product? Do you know your market? Do you know your competition? Are you the best of all that is out there?
