Utility

As a psychology student and fellow being, this show is really a great balance between kindness and rigor. Dr. Rich Hansen is a legend in his own right, and the host Forrest Hansen, is also very impressive. With his soft tone, Forrest explains complex concepts in a super relatable way, and is showing a deep understanding of the human experience by focusing in on relevant topics to enjoy as stand alone’s, and that ties neatly together as a wholistic perspective. Forrest’s ability to summarize the content is truly impressive and relatable. Not to mention the sweet chemistry between son and father, filled with love, respect and a quirky sense of humor.
