  • The Kapwa Kulture Podcast is a weekly show where we talk about how mental health and wellbeing can be viewed through different aspects of the Filipinx-American culture. As a training psychologist and Doctoral Intern for the APA Accredited Internship in Health Services Psychology at California State University, Northridge, I am working alongside University Counseling Services to explore how the unique experiences of Filipinx identifying folks interact with their passions for wellbeing and learn more about how we can take steps toward moving forward in our mental health journeys. This podcast is for people from all cultural backgrounds wanting to experience connection by listening to and learning about how the Filipinx culture can highlight the beauty of shared similarities and differences.
