great book

Dr. Tim is a great writer and narrator. I also listened to his book habits for happiness and I think I like this one better! either way he is great and either book is highly recommended. The positive psychology aspect is uplifting and empowering. Dr. Happy also has a great voice and accent !

Very Helpful

If you are actively looking to try to change your behavior and modes of thought, this will be very helpful. It does take some self awareness and self examination which can get uncomfortable, but is absolutely necessary to alter oneself. I piked the fact that he consistently talked about all of the free ways to achieve permanent change and that he wasn’t simply trying to get you to spend money on other things. You will only benefit from this if you are willing to put in some effort of your own.

Great motivation to continue improving at any age

Most of what is said here is common knowledge, yet it is nice to hear it exposed in such a compelling and delightful manner. It is true that we can learn and improve at almost any age, so what's stopping us. Maybe we thought we have started to learn French or exercising years ago, and it is possibly true that we should have started long ago, but it is also true that the second best time to start is today. This is by far my favorite series of podcasts in audible.

This podcast helped me to focus. The tips on rest, excuses, and priorities were very useful reminders.

Wonderful!

Wonderful podcast! Dr. Happy gives practical advice, as well as actionable tasks to improve habits. The information is supported by research, but what I found helpful was the acknowledgement of his own depression and struggles. He made it relatable and was not merely some talking head spouting theoretical concepts.

choppy Audio quality

I really struggled to listen to this series because of the choppy and glitchy audio quality.

I enjoyed it!

A little different than I thought it would be. It’s a good kick in the pants to just do the things you say you want to do and make choices not excuses. Clipped a lot of helpful pieces of advice and also love the accent 👍👍
