  • A podcast bringing comfort, hope and confidence to patients having treatment for many types of illnesses, that with modern medicine, their journey is doable. 

    Due to COVID 19, we are not able to visit patients face to face and so, with our Gift of Friendship podcast we will continue providing support. Our podcasts will be jam-packed with stories from patients, we'll talk to doctors, nurses and clinicians and we'll review interesting topics including book reviews, podcasts and more.

Amanda McLaughlin the apheresis clinician at St Vincent's Hospital in Sydney, explains how stem cells are extracted  from the donor.  And of course, we wrap up with some great reads and podcasts to listen to.
