Having an identity as an adolescent is incredibly important when it comes to our mental growth. So in our younger years, we spend a lot of time, trying different things out, testing out different sports, joining theater club, being a part of speech and debate or sports. All in an effort to figure out who we are, and what our purposes in life. so for someone like Jess, our guest today who did nothing but ski and snowboard from age 2 until she retired in her 20s, all she was was snowboarding. • How to Create Support Systems When You Don't Have Any With Molly Mandelberg
    Dec 7 2022

Have you ever been in a situation where you felt so incredibly alone? I know I have. That loneliness was felt in my business, my friendships, my family, and so many other places.

The reason I felt this loneliness was because I was experiencing a serious lack of support from so many important people in my life.

As we grow emotionally and mentally, the friends and people we used to have surrounding us may not fit into the life we used to live. This old version of ourselves may have had a very different type of support system than what we need going forward.

So let’s say you’ve transitioned away from your party friends, your toxic family, and have only just begun fostering the valuable relationships in your life you feel can be the support system you need. But, it’s not happening as fast as you want or need. So what do you do?

You start laying down the foundation for developing your own support systems. But where do you start? The ways you used to build support systems looks very different than the way you did so in the past.

Que Mandy Mandelberg. Molly Mandelberg is the Founder of Wild Hearts Rise Up, Creator of “Magnetic Influencer Collective” and also the writer and illustrator of "The Wild Hearts Rise Up Oracle Deck". She is the host of both “Tactical Magic” Podcast and “Reveal the Game of Life” Podcast, and she’s a bestselling author.

After spending years mastering content creation and online marketing, Molly finds her bliss in bridging the worlds of heart-centered healing and transformation, with the practical business strategies of leveraging a message into a global movement. She is a certified NLP Coach, an Access Consciousness Bars Facilitator, a Transformational Leadership Coach and a full time Nomad.

Molly works with coaches, healers, and conscious leaders to broadcast their messages with ease, so they can reach more people, and make more money with less time spent. She travels the world full-time and runs her 6-figure business out of her self-converted sprinter van tiny-home. Molly loves helping her clients to systemize their work and master the magnetics of marketing, so they can experience more freedom and make an even bigger difference.

I’m delighted to have Molly on the show today to discuss support systems in the variety of ways in which we need them.
