In this episode, Host Cat Derner speaks to Brisa Alfaro. Brisa is a survivor of pons stroke and locked-in syndrome. After she had her stroke, she was mentally aware of her surroundings but she couldn’t speak, move, or communicate with others around her. Brisa is certain that her faith and mindset were the key to her incredible recovery. She has an inspiring story of survival and perseverance that I am so excited to share with you. Brisa is the author of the international best-seller, Limitless: Small Moves to Your Greatest Life After a Paralyzing Stroke. Her story has been shared around the world and printed in many different languages. As a result of sharing her journey of overcoming extreme odds, Brisa now teaches stroke survivors how to tap into a healthy mind vs a broken brain for limitless healing and recovery. Through her work as a life coach and breakthrough specialist, she teaches others to push past their limiting beliefs by tapping into the power of their thoughts through the Law of Attraction. Brisa ignites hope and resiliency in those who are struggling to find strength and courage beyond their circumstances by sharing the tools that she used to overcome the extreme recovery odds of less than 1%.

In this episode, Cat Derner speaks with Life Coach Stefanie Edwards about breaking free from expectations. She discusses how to rise above the pre-defined model of how you are supposed to be and find the peace and happiness that come when you live as your true and authentic self.

Stephanie is the host of the podcast Unworthy. She runs her own coaching and consulting practice for women who feel like there should be more in their lives. Stephanie spent the past 20 years leading marketing campaigns for small businesses, and teaching college courses. • Because, who doesn't want to say "F* anxiety" and get sh* done? Guest: Vikki Louise | Episode 2.03
    Feb 19 2021

*Just a couple swear words. Wear your earbuds if listening in front of kids who are sensitive to that.*

Host Cat Derner and guest Vikki Louise talk about anxiety, procrastination, and the vicious cycle of non-productivity that can result from the two. Today, we’re going to talk about why we REALLY procrastinate, and what we can do to be more at ease in our anxiety so that we can be more productive.

Vikki coaches her clients to achieve massive results, fast, and without the hustle by removing time from the success equation. When we stop giving things time and waiting for the right time, we focus on what actually creates results. This is not about doing more, it is about doing more of what actually counts, and dropping everything else. Achieve more with more time off. She also hosts the F*CK Anxiety & Get Sh*t Done podcast
