    If there is one thing that travel has always shown me, it is that we are all ONE, no matter where we are in the world.

    There is this knowing that we are all connected, simply by the fact that we are living, breathing humans. And although this trip reminded me of this, that was not the life lesson.

    Remember that you are only ever responsible for the energy that you exude in the world and you are not responsible for anyone else's happiness or life experience.

    I hope this week's solo episode leaves you with a sense of personal growth and reflection.

    Of course, you do not have to travel to far away lands to grow personally or to reflect, you can do this on a daily basis.
