Hello Hidden Pearls Fam!

What a year it has been so far. We hope you all are well and staying present for all of the magic that is moving around us. This year has already brought some of our highest highs and our hardest lessons. It has asked us to spend a lot of time looking inward and has offered opportunities for us to shift our perspective and priorities.

All in all, it has left us feeling so grateful for our community and so aligned with the work we are creating in Hidden Pearls Studio.

How WILD that we are already in May. So many months away from the Super Bowl and already so many months closer to the start of a new season.

Our intention with this episode is to share the practices and tools we are both using to stay present and awake with all that is moving around us. For those of you who are already on HPS and working through the classes with us - thank you for your support! And for those of you who have yet to give it a try, this episode shares insight into how the classes are structured and organized and why we are creating this content now.
