I love this author!

Jeff can write a masterpiece with 12 different story lines and keep them all straight. Being a listener, it amazes me! He has made this a fun series to listen to and doesn't make me feel dumb with all the coastie jargon. I am in love!

Fantastic Series!

I cannot wait for the next book in this series.

The story is sad, funny, and I like the use of ships rather than constant land zombie books.

The characters seem real and I am looking forward to hearing about them with the next book.

Exciting & Entertaining!

Jeff Thomson is an excellent storyteller, and he sure knows how to pick aptly named titles. The transition into the second book is smooth and effective. Zombies in Paradise is fast-paced, thrilling, well-plotted with an exciting ad entertaining storyline. The scenes are intense with vivid depictions; it grabbed my attention and didn't let go till the very end.
The character development is fantastic, the personalities are distinctly defined, and the reactions to the situations were genuine. By infusing personal Coast Guard experience, Thomson has managed to create a realistic world, characters, and dialogue.

Matthew Crow's narration was spot on, channeling the characters, emulating the nuances of the various personalities and mannerisms. I enjoyed both the narration and writing. It was so worth the wait, and I'm looking forward to listening to the rest of the series and finding out what's next for the crew of the Sassafras. I'm definitely recommending Zombies in Paradise to fans of the genre.

Another amazing book in the series

I love this series. It’s very realistic and again the setting is unlike the regular on land rainbows and sunshine end of the world generalization. 2 thumbs up and 5 stars. The talking and little quips that they do inside their heads is my favorite. Narrator did a wonderful job!

A fantastic adventure

Zombies in Paradise hits it just right! The story of the crew of The Sassafras rolls on as the zombies grow in number. Hard decisions have to be made. Sacrifices have to be made. As the world around our heroes continues to die, the crew prepares for more arrivals coming soon. The action and intensity grows in this super fun story. Can’t wait to continue this tale focusing on the United States Coast Guard in book 3! Don’t pass on this great series by a great author!
