Guardians of the Apocalypse

The crew of the USCG Buoy Tender Sassafras, out of Honolulu, has embodied the Coast Guard’s motto: Always ready, in every mission, every circumstance, every crazy thing mother nature and the US government has seen fit to dump in their laps. They’ve been doing so much, with so little, for so long, they feel ready to face anything. But then, they’ve never had to face a zombie apocalypse.

The world has fallen. Humanity seems lost. The zombies have taken over. But the crew of Sassafras and True North aren't about to just kneel down and take it.

The Sass is back, and in more trouble than ever! Pirates and zombies, idiot officers and a world-ending apocalypse. Are they ready for it? Are you?

They’ve faced an apocalyptic virus. They’ve had to kill members of their own crew who turned into crazed, cannibalistic would-be zombies. They’ve battled pirates and idiot officers and started the evacuation of Honolulu. But now, Jonesy, Molly, Duke, and all that remains of the US Coast Guard may have bitten off more than they can chew, as they launch into the liberation of Pearl Harbor.

The crew of the Sass is back and up to their eyeballs in zombies. Join Jonesy, Molly, Duke, and all the rest as they take on their latest nightmare: the training of new recruits.

The training continues. So do the missions, and now Jonesy and Molly and Duke need to run on a razor’s edge to save the world - preferably without killing their new recruits.

There’s a storm brewing, and it's going to be a bad one, but for the crew of the Sassafras it could be the least of their worries. It has all come down to the final two weeks of basic training. All they need to do in order to become full-fledged members of the United States Coast Guard is live long enough to graduate.
