Boring and not helpful

I thought this would be a short talk on the importance of inner peace with a meditation at the end to help with it and instead it is just a monotonous lecture on why inner peace is important. I don’t like the way it’s read slowly and gently like a meditation, but doesn’t actually have a meditation included

Short but Powerful.

Felt the tension drain from my body and PEACE fill the void. Am looking forward to Peace as I listen throughout the day.
