These meditation tapes 1 & 2 are wonderful. The problem is the tapes/recordings end abruptly, very disappointing!

I listened to the book months before I gained the courage and motivation or willingness and desperation to set time aside to meditate. the result was life changing. My first experience resulted in an emotional release. an overwhelming feeling of relief. To be no one, no thing, in no time. To have no worries and just be.
