sweet story

I love the story. love the author. but I absolutely have to rave about the performance. Tor is great as usual, but I don't think I've heard an audiobook with Diontae Black before and he was amazing. I felt so much actual personality in everything he spoke.

Emily Rath has done it again

I don't generally read/listen to anything like omegaverse; it just isn't my preferred genre. However, I was curious about an upcoming book in the Jacksonville Rays series might sound like, and honestly, I was in the mood for something different.
As usual, Dr. Emily did not disappoint in her characters, storytelling and ability to suck me in within a couple of paragraphs. Diontae Black and Tor Thom...where to start? They were perfect. Silas and Bear simply sprang into existence with their voices. This was a highly enjoyable story and I am so glad my curiosity tends to get the better of me.

The love that they had for one another and the performance was awesome!!!

I want them to have kiddos lol that would be fun, especially with the performers voices.

The narrators 20/10! So so good. The passion! The ✨ moaning ✨ everything! So so good. The character development was so great! Definitely a must read/listen

Amazing!

I’m a huge Emily fan but this title has been in my library for 6 months. Not sure why I sat on it but this was a great story. Not exactly like a typical omegaverse per se. Some of the narration was meh for me but still good. Highly recommend

Not only is this story well written, but the narration brought it to life in a way that will definitely put it on my ‘to listen again’ list.

I adored listening to Whiskey & Sin! It’s been on my wishlist for ages & am so glad I finally went for it.
Sensational vocal performances by Black & Tom, just wow. Squirm in your seat good!
The story had a great flow & the characters are so interesting & funny. Some great LOL moments whenever the vet friend enters a scene 😆.
I couldn’t fault this book.

Interesting take on the Omegaverse trope

This was a sad story with a happy ending and an interesting take on the mpreg / Omegaverse trope. With out spoiling anything I will say there was a part near the end that I really didn't like but it wasn't enough to ruin the book for me. I was scared going in about a 12+ hour MM Omegaverse but once it was over I felt like it was the right length to wrap up the story in a satisfying way. I don't remember if there were trigger warnings, so for give this next part if there were and I forgot. The book talks about abuse quite a lot, physical, mental, and sexual abuse readers / listeners should be aware.

Such a beautiful story!

I really loved this story! Bear is absolutely amazing in how he loved and showed up for Silas.

The voice actor for Silas did such a great job but I didn’t care much for Bear’s actor. It sounded flat most times.
