down by 107 lbs since I began my journey in 21

life changing! 20 yrs ago I lost significant weight with efforts solely on exercise then the weight came back when my schedule had to change. I have lived with sense of utter failure / hypocrisy much of my adult life. I am now the most healthy I have been in ALL my life mentally and physically. Thank you

useful once she gets to actual material

I enjoy the podcast and the material is really useful. but unfortunately the first third of the podcast is typically unrelated. I understand wanting to story tell and be relatable but if it's not about the topic (sorry to sound harsh) I really don't care. as the podcast went along so much of the beginning was self serving - requesting reviews & reading them. maybe put that stuff at the end so I can get to the actual "meat" of it.
