On the edge of my seat

I really enjoyed this book! While the world building seemed limited, the storyline was great! I never knew where the author was going to take it from chapter to chapter. The two MMCs had my full interest and even at the end I didn’t know which way our FMC was going to go.
I’m really looking forward to the next book.
I’ve been a Stacia Stark fan from the first Kingdom of Lies book. I was hooked on that series too, so I love seeing a new one out and getting the hype it deserves.
The narrators did an excellent job as well. Highly recommend!

The story is FANTASTIC.

So different than what is out currently and popular. Worth the listen. I want to hear a dramatized version! I can’t wait to continue this series. 10/10.

The narrators *chefs kiss*. The plot and story were SO good and kept me on my toes. Good plot twist at the end. Can't wait for book 2!

I listened to this on audio and was completely hooked. The characters, magic, and world were captivating, and I felt every heartbreak and triumph right alongside Arvelle. The interwoven mysteries and jaw-dropping twists kept me glued until the end. I can’t wait for book two!
