Publisher's Summary

FBI Special Agent Lincoln St. John is living his own personal nightmare. When the woman he loves, Allison Radcliffe, is killed, he devotes his life to tracking down the killers and making them pay for their crimes. He expected it to be a challenge. What he never expected was to find Allison very much alive shortly after her "murder." As his anger and hurt mix with relief, Linc isn't sure how he's supposed to feel. One thing he does know for sure: He and Allison will have to work together to stop a killer before she dies a second time - this time for good.

Best-selling and award-winning author Lynette Eason closes out her Blue Justice series with a story that will have you staying up all night to get to the stunning conclusion.

St.John Justice

Gave only overall 4 because I felt there was too much introspective dialogue by the female lead.
Her part could have been cut by half and the book
Would have been great. I was disappointed that
Lincoln was treated almost as an afterthought and
He should have been the main focus of the story.
I love the narrator and always look for her books.
Her down home hesitant voice is more like what you would expect if an ordinary person not a professional was reading. Some of the readers
sound almost automated. Overall a good read.

Narrator not great, story excellent!

This book has a fantastic plot/storyline. Lynette Eason delivers again! The narrator has some very good qualities- nice voice, inserting a laugh or throat clearing in a discreet but good way- however- the story is not read smoothly- it’s jerky with odd pauses in statements where no other narrator I’ve ever heard puts them along with random speeding up. It makes it awkward and difficult to listen to til you get used to it, although it’s still annoying til the end end. Re: most people wud say “Linc said. “ smoothly at the end of a statement said by “Linc“. She says, “Linc (short pause) said” and it’s jerky. This kind of reading is all the way the the book. I’m not sure if this jerkiness and random speeding up is intended to add suspense? Excellent narrator if she wud smooth it up. Lynette Eason wud deliver a far overall better product with smoother narration!

One of her best books!

I have enjoyed all of the Blue justice books (every one of them are excellent). However, Vow of Justice has gone above and beyond with so many twists and turns, it’s like a literary roller coaster!
I can usually pick out all the characters and who is the criminal (of course the Russian mob guy is up front bad) but there are others and I was surprised.
Like most series, if you haven’t read the Blue Justice books, start with the first book, you’ll be glad you did.
