Good story. Glad I didn’t give up on it, but sure not to start any other books that forewarn that they are narrated by virtual voice. I really thought it wouldn’t matter, but it definitely did. Don’t do it. Read the book or make another selection. This one will disappoint you.

The surprise ending

The plot was engaging all the way through. There were satisfying twists and turns and suspense
