This clearing session is around "I don't care" energy. Sometimes is easy to get into the mood of I don't care, even if you do. This clearing is intended to help you shift that.

Today's clearing session is all about fear. Fear is behind many other beliefs systems, patterns and emotions. Everyone has fears, although they can be masked or hidden. Listen as many times as you choose to!

Inner Freedom and Energetic Sovereignty

This might be one of the more unusual clearings I've done in a while. What is energetic sovereignty, or sovereignty of any kind for that matter? It's being in control over your energy field. This means having control over what triggers you or sets you off on a spiral of downward energy. Stopping it in it's tracks. It's the practice of being watchful for negative emotions and blocks, and then releasing or clearing them. For me, this is the #1 goal of spiritual work and "inner work". It's also the most rewarding.
