This book will provide an overview of making a good decision about becoming a vegan, including the ethical choices. There will also be a brief chapter-by-chapter summary in the introduction so that the listener will know where the book is heading. 

If you haven't already, begin incorporating more whole grains, beans, legumes, tofu, nuts, and seeds into your diet. Once you feel comfortable moving forward, you can start phasing out dairy, eggs, and honey. Feel free to do this all at once, one food group at a time, or as slowly as you need to. 

On a vegan diet, you can eat foods made from plants, including:

This audible is engaging in-depth on this theme

Finally a book that I will use! The book has easy to follow recipes with a few regular ingredients. This book gives great guidance on how to prep your foods for the week so that making meals is not a cumbersome ordeal. For anyone looking to begin a whole foods plant based (WFPB) lifestyle, this book is a great jumping off point! Whether you are a beginner or are a veteran Whole Food Plant Based eater, I would highly recommend this book.

Assisted me to Improve my skill

This audio book has some really tasty recipes that are easy to follow! He covers the ins and outs of becoming whole food plant based. I started this lifestyle due to my health. I have RA and a friend recommended I go plant-based. I started about three months ago. I am going to go plant based and this book will be my Bible! I have purchased many other recipe books that I never used.

The audible exceeded my Expectations

I am not exactly a plant-based beginner, but I am always on a lookout for new ideas and this audio book is a treasure trove I wish I had years ago when I embarked on my journey. This is a great quick listen for anyone wanting to learn more about a whole foods plant-based diet. It includes recipes that use everyday ingredients and are simple to make. This is a must have-not only for beginners but for people already on board with WFPB eating. Gabriel makes everything so clear & easy to understand.

This is the best book that I've listen

This is a great way for people that are just beginning to transition to eating a whole food plant based lifestyle, to be able to make and serve some really easy and great tasting meals quickly. I try to eat healthy, but don't especially like to cook and absolutely hate making recipes that have tons of steps or require me to buy a lot of "non-standard" items or spices. Total proud parent moment here! To have so many of our favorite recipes right in front of us is absolutely fabulous!

There is a powerful message in this audiobook

This audio book does not mess around. I see legit scientific citations and quotes appropriately documented in this audiobook. If you are just starting out as WFPB or experienced in this way of eating, this is a dynamite audio cookbook to purchase. Real easy to find ingredients in amazing recipes. I love this audio book. We just got it and I’ve made recipes! I’m addicted to it! I keep making things out of it!

The best part about this audio cookbook is found in its simplicity. I have purchased a lot of audio cookbooks that are over the top with ingredients and steps. I love and suggest it.

The recipes are simple, healthy and delicious! Great variety of meals. Perfect for families. I love that there is a lot of information, yet the book is concise and well listen. This is an incredibly fast perused for anybody needing to become familiar with an entire nourishments plant-based diet. The recipes look amazing. Each recipe says the serving size and gives the nutritional info which I love.

This audible will help you create not just healthy but delicious that will suit your taste buds. This will also help you to lose weight and eliminate those unwanted fats in your body using a high- Fat- Plant Base ketogenic recipes that you will love! The recipes I made were delightful. Great as expected!

All the contents are about very easily available food that is easy to cook. Besides all the recipes are very healthy for all that all so that a whole family can easily buy all the radians that need to cook the food. So I prefer everyone to listen to this book. This has every recipe ever like wow! From vegan pasta to vegan tacos and vegan EVERYTHING! This was an amazing buy I totally recommend!

Excellent story extremely wordy

I was excited about this Audiobook and pre-ordered it on Amazon. The recipes are simple and low carb. And can I just say that the recipes are AMAZING. I listen to this Audiobook with big interest. This is an excellent Audiobook. This Audiobook contains a lot of new and effective steps and information about Keto Vegan Audiobook. This book gives a very clear description of what it means to be a vegan versus a vegetarian, and it lays out all the proven health benefits of becoming a vegan. I appreciate having all the research on a meat-based diet versus a vegan-based diet.

One of his best!

This is a lovely cookbook with magnificent formulas! This AudioBook simple accommodating for making vegetarian keto formulas. This AudioBook exceptionally sound and its assistance for improving body well being. I am totally happy with this AudioBook. Vegan Cookbook for Beginners is an excellent book for those interested in getting started in veganism. Loved it!

I would react to such a flow of the conversation. This audiobook offers very much arranged audiobook on the most capable strategy to truly apply the procedures. Excellent Story Telling

This audiobook does need an index, I'll say that right off the bat. But that said, it has a lot of very helpful information and tools to use to teach yourself helpful things. The recipes help to debunk the myths about vegan food being boring, bland and hard to prepare. The simple language provides motivation to take the first step into a vegan way of life. With the help of this book you will be eating "face free" in no time.

Enjoyable Listen

Love that it does not resort to having you buy one made foods but are super tasty and easy to make on your own using real ingredients. This audiobook is loaded with super helpful information. This audiobook summarizes everything you need to know, including sources for micronutrients and supplementation. This author is clearly both, with a long successful run of living the vegan keto lifestyle. I'm not a vegan. I love my meats but I thought WHY NOT. It took a while to find the recipes. At first it talks a lot about why become vegan blah. I finally found what I was looking for! The zucchini stuffed! The strawberry salad! The green goddess juice! Things like that. Easy to follow recipes.

This audiobook is really good!

One problem I have with many Plant Based cookbooks is the recipes sometimes are quite involved or use ingredients that are hard to come by. Not so with this cookbook. I have been Whole Foods Plant Based since 2015.All recipes are easy to make and all that I have tried are absolutely delicious. I have been vegan for many years and read countless books. This book, however is by far my favorite.
