Great book!!

Great book with awesome lessons. I loved how vulnerable she was, which allowed me to dig deep and be vulnerable also.

I cant stop listening

I can relate its like she is writing my book lol I have listened to it 5 times and listening again I am thankful my neice told me to listen to it.

Pointless Rambling and Flowery Language

I am over halfway through this book and still waiting for this woman to stop talking about herself and actually give the reader ANYTHING that is useful in helping them "unclutter" their emotional habits and patterns of behavior. We got it, lady. You're an overly dramatic, anxiety-ridden person who struggles like the rest of the world. Do you have any helpful information or guidance or not? Stop rambling with a ton of fancy descriptions about how you see the "home" of your mind. That doesn't help us at all. Totally disappointed with this book and it's lack of usefulness...not to mention my wasted book credit.

Not for me

As someone who suffers with general anxiety disorder and depression, this did not give me any new perspective. It was very surface level for me.
