Another good book to an entertaining cozy mystery series. I enjoyed this book and look forward to the next one.

Mystery that’ll keep you in suspense

I couldn’t stop listening, waiting to see who the guilty party was. This was a fantastic story. The narrator did a good job telling it as well.

The reading of the book was done in such a way to fully keep your interest.

Definitely a Twisty Mystery

This is absolutely a slice of life. Grandpa's broken hip, coworkers issues, demanding deadlines, health issues and let's throw in a murder to boot on a rich ocean side community.
I really liked all the characters. I know them even if I've never been to New Jersey or know muscle like Ray Ray. Janelle Tedesco did a fine job narrating and voicing.
This book is part of a series and I read it as a stand alone book and it was fine. However I'm going to have to read book 1 to know what the deal was with Audreys mom.
Feel very comfortable recommending it. Mild violence, family planning discussions, suicide.

Another great listen

I love the narrator so i cannot fault the audiobook on the narrator. I thought she did a great job in voicing the characters and giving them there own personality.
The book itself is good but i would have liked more family drama from the MC POV. That is what I liked about the series. It's not just about the mystery but what goes on in the MC's life.
There is some profanity and a little violence but no sexual content (that all happens behind closed doors).

I love this series'.One Mans treasure' is hired to completely empty a house in 2 weeks.The owner says she is having it redecorated,then a teenagers body washes up on the beach.How related are these things?Maybe not at all.Read the book! Janell Tedesco was a wonderful narrator.I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Treasure Built of Sand

I was drawn into this story from the very beginning. The characters are so believable and real. Not only is there the main mystery that takes an unexpected twist, but there are also many different smaller plot lines involving the secondary characters. Kudos to S.W. Hubbard for writing such and engaging and entertaining story.

Janelle Tedesco delivered another top notch performance. She really brought the story to life with the distinct character voices and impeccable timing.

Extremely good

I found this audiobook to be an extremely good book. It has a great combination of suspense, murder, mystery and drama. The narrator does a great job of reading each character.

who knew that estate sales could be deadly?

When estate sale agent, Audrey Nealon, decides to make the most of a weekend with her husband at her latest estate sale location, she doesn't count on finding a body washed ashore at the beach. Could there be a connection between the dead teenager and the son of Audrey's clients? The plot will draw you in, as Audrey catalogs and prices items for the sale, she's also investigating the strange behavior of her client's neighbor. You will be shocked by the end! Great story and narration.
Looking forward to more in this series by this new-to-me author and narrator.
