Loved it!

This is my favorite K.L. Slater book so far. I was hooked from start to finish. I found myself looking forward to having time to listen to the book. It was difficult to turn it off because I wanted to know what was going to happen next.

Decent story

Easy, short read. It was interesting enough to string me along but the ending wasn’t as grand and fitting as I thought it would be. Kinda anti-climactic. I love a good K.L. Slayter thriller! This one isn’t my fave by far though.

Captivating mystery!

The characters are well-drawn and the suspense of the tale is maintained masterfully until the end. Everyone except the little boy, Albi, is harboring secrets and their reveal is a crescendo at the close of the story. Definitely worth a listen.

Thrilling and exciting

Fun to read and investigate the many different twists. Wonderful author and read. Enjoyed it from start to finish.

Great story easy to listen to and understand if you have to do alot of stopping and starting. Great Ending.

I don’t think I’ve ever listened to a book straight through

I don’t suggest listening to this book before you go to bed at night. I was up until 2:30 in the morning I couldn’t stop listening what a great storyteller I listen to it from start to finish straight through. Don’t know I’ve ever done that with a book before.
