good but almost too good

I agree with another user who stated the main character was just too perfect. Her personality, her looks,her wealth, her inheritance were all just perfect. She was set for life before she muttered her first cry. The writing was great and brought the characters to life. That part was sensational! Overall good, a perfect package tied with a perfect bow. The narration was phenomenal!

I loved this book! It definitely ranks up there with a few of the other books of hers that I love. This is definitely worth the listen.

She did it again!

Nora can write about family like no other author I've read. Even though it was easy for me to figure out who the bad guy was in the first half I was still intrigued on how the others would find out. The way she writes about kids and dogs is a joy . I never wanted it to end. January Lavoy is a jewel in the narrator world . Her voice makes each character come to life. I could be biased because both Nora and January are my favorites and in my opinion can do no wrong.

Good Story

I always like the going home or finding home theme of Nora’s stories. Sometimes though the tone of the narrator’s voice didn’t change enough from character to character.
I would recommend Legacy as a good summer read.
I gave it this rating because it ended a little abruptly and maybe I misheard but spoiler if I did, the antagonist was sometimes referred to as a she.

Nora does it again!

Loved the novel! It had me laughing, crying, worried...just the usual run of emotions when reading a Nora Roberts story. The characters were wonderful and made me wish I could be one of their neighbors! I highly recommend you read....or listen!....to this book!

One of the better ones

Really liked this one. Decent story line, a good unrushed romance, and she really took the time to develop the characters. Felt like they had some depth to them.

lost myself in the story I would recommend this book. I was captivated and was on edge

Excellent book. Great. Characters. Incredible performance!! Travel an entire life time with the characters. Worth the read.
