Loving this series!

I found this series because I love the narrator Marian Hussey. I don’t understand why the rest of the series isn’t on Audible (you can get them via the author’s website though). The series reminds me of Glass and Steele series with a bit of Discovery of Witches- so rather perfect in my book!

The Origin story of Serafina and Hugh will delight your heart. In this third book look forward to more murder and mystery but also the development of the relationship between Serafina and Hugh. Serafina’s power is a force not to be taken lightly. A must-read for those that love the realm of magic and love.

Great low stakes mystery/fantasy series

I love a good mystery/fantasy combo. If the rest of the series were available on Audible, I would absolutely buy them. However, the author seems to only sell them directly from her website, and I don't want multiple audiobook apps and credits. If you're a CJ Archer fan, you'll enjoy this series. Same vibe and my favorite narrator.

Great characters and a fun exciting story

this a great preclude to the monsters and mansions series. it really gives a wonderful introduction to the seraphina and Hugh courtship and the development of the kestrels. wonderful mysteries unfold and you watch as Sara learns and developed her independence as a mage.

love the twist and turns

I really hope we are going to get more in this series . I want Kitty's story next .
