NOTE: Although this book is a standalone novel set in the same world as the AFTER THE RIFT series, it can be enjoyed without having heard that series first.

Fascinating

Love the characters, loved the series After the Rift , so I was so excited to continue stories of these characters. As always, the story sucks you in right from the beginning. C.J. Archer never disappoints and Maryanne Hussy is my favorite narrator. Have read or listened to all the different series.

Loved it all

CJ Archer is one of my favorite authors and the After the Rift series is my favorite of hers! I did a re-read of the series before this one and now I’m just happy. Loved this book just as much. Now I just wish there was more!

Enjoyable

Recognizable as a C J Archer story. Good narration. Enjoyable and interesting storyline. Sweet love story.

An interesting start to a new series.

It was enjoyable book for starting out on a new series. It was a little too much for me on the romance, but did a great job on the incidents the two main characters seem to always be getting into. Plus I enjoyed the development of the peripheral characters – they seem to actually be the part they were playing. The reader gave a great performance. I look forward to the next book.
