Kim Is My Hero

I started listening to Time to Grind because of another group I was in (Thanks Tyler Newton who was a guest on the podcast) and I was looking for things to listen to at work. Kim responded with some of her suggestions as well as this and honestly I haven't looked back. Time to Grind is so real and honest and makes you think about how you feel as a person and how those feelings may or may not be justified. For example I messaged her after the "Battle of the Sexes" episode completely mind blown with everything I go through as the only female in an all male kitchen. I laugh, cry, and wanna pat myself on the back with every episode. It really is an experience having seen her grown in every group and watch/listen to her impact so many lives. I really hope you gain as much as I have from listening to Time to Grind (ooohhh yyyeaahhh) and live your best life and always speak your truth.

Get Your Grind On!

Launched from separate 75 Hard success stories, Kim and Brent offer up some serious insight. From 75 Hard to relationships.... They have all the bases covered. While they host the program together, they are a continent apart...you would never be able to tell by their playful banter! I find their voices inviting and their opinions honest.

If you would like to listen to REAL, positive, and poignant topics... take a taste.

The grind is always perfect.
