Figured I would get straight to the point, because how it happened is a mere snippet of the story I have to tell. The real meat and potatoes is what happened after.

Let's start with how she decided to inform me and Pacey the news...together. Imagine that nightmare. I was going into what I thought was a hockey marketing meeting, and then bam! I'm going to be a dad and my best friend/teammate is attempting to imprint my face with his fist.

It wasn't pretty.

Threats were tossed around, friendships were revoked, and then I was marched up to her apartment, suitcases in hand, and forced to live with her so I could take care of her every need. Given how much I've pined for the girl, you would think that wouldn't be a hardship. Wrong.

This is my one shot to win my teammate back. Pacey is the only family I've got, so hooking up with his sister isn't a mistake I can make twice...despite the fact that she's pregnant with my child.

But with every mood swing, every pair of pants that doesn't fit right, and every late night run to find the perfect donut, I'm finding it harder and harder not to fall for my best friend's little sister.

Fantastic story and narration

This was another fabulous read from Meghan Quinn. I love friends to lovers stories, add in that this is a romantic comedy and that it’s by Ms.Quinn and I know that I am in for an entertaining fun read. Those Three Little Words ticked all the boxes for me and I cannot wait to listen to this in audio.
The characters were engaging and easy to relate to and I really liked them. From the first chapter I was hooked on the story. It made me laugh, it made me smile, I swooned and I sighed. It was also emotional as they found love and happiness; a story of love and family, it was extremely well written.
Teddy Hamilton and a Kelsey Navarro did a wonderful job with the narration. They brought the characters and story to life for me. Their voices were easy to listen to and pleasant. All it takes is one night of passion to change the course of a person life. The last thing that Eli Hornsby expected to hear, particularly with Penny Lawes’s brother Pacey, standing next to him is that he is going to be a father. Pacey is furious that Eli has gotten his sister pregnant and lashes out.
However there is more to Eli than the playboy ways he has shown. He has feelings for Penny and as the pregnancy progress so does their relationship. Will they be able to make their relationship work and form a family, the one that Eli wants so badly? With his friendship broken Eli struggles to get it back on track, will Pacey finally forgive him? Everyone knows I love reading and audiobooks but let me tell you about one of my favorite authors Author Meghan Quinn I have had the absolute pleasure of reading many of her books via Audio and she slays it every time. The hilarious shenanigans to the heat and steam, to the subject’s that hit home and get all in your feels. I share with you one of the most entirely relatable books I’ve had the privilege of listening to in advance before release day this week. “Those Three Little Words” is a hilarious story of a couple who get the trope of brother’s best friend and surprise unplanned pregnancy in one laugh out loud comical tale. Let’s just say the author reached out to fans for our hilarious and cringe worthy pregnancy stories and used them for inspirational ideas and it is spot on. Do yourself a favor and get this book, in audio is recommended by me for the full effects.
