Another great read .

I long awaited this book , I enjoy most of the authors books , the plot was great the twist was very unexpected ! I was guessing the entire time and was wrong . You do t need to read the entire series to enjoy this book . Well done Karin !

Well, shit.

Another winner! On my toes the whole time and then with a twist of a knife I'm baffled. Kathleen can't ever go anywhere when it comes to the next Will Trent novel. It just wouldn't be right.

Another excellent read/listen added to the Will Trent series. Time well spent with all the books in this series.

Love me some Will Trent

This is one of the best Will Trent novels . Absolutely could not put down, a lot of twists and turns and maybe a roller coaster to boot.
I have read all of her books but my favorite are the Will Trent and Sarah Linton books. Can’t wait until the next one . Highly recommend if you like a good fast paced and unpredictable story line

So freaking good!

OMG! From start to finish this book is amazing. Waiting all year for a Karin Slaughter book is torture, but always worth it in the end! Her writing style, story telling ability along with excellent narration by Kathleen Early is sublime!
Will and Sarah’s story has been intriguing from the start and this book continues with the thrills, suspense and tension I’ve come to expect from Slaughter’s books. She never holds back and makes us confront harsh and painful realities in this world. If you’re looking for fluff you won’t find it in a Karin Slaughter book. What you will find is raw, heart wrenching stories mixed with a bit of romance and even some humor to help lighten up just a bit before she drags you back under and has you sitting at the edge of your seat, listening to the wee hours of the morning!
I have listened to every single one and after finishing this one way too quickly, I may have to go back and listen to her catalog. Brava!! 10 stars if I could.

From start to finish, just couldn't stop listening! Loved every minute, from the unique story line and intricate character building, from crimes of the heart to crimes of abuse and neglect... I didn't want it to end!

Classic Slaughter

Lots of twist and turns in true Karen Slaughter fashion. Love how she has subtle love story mixed in with murder and suspense.

Very Well Written

I really enjoyed this book a lot. This is my first Karin Slaughter book and this was a great story.

The great writing and narrating

I love the way this author writes, and the narrator has such unique voices for each of the characters that you can visualize them as you listen. This was just another great story where if you’re paying attention, you can kind of see where it’s going but very suspenseful and I can’t wait for the next novel.
