Nice framework

This is a great audiobook on how to approach the decision making process critically. The author obviously has experience and uses it to illustrate the points and processes well.

Time well spent for any manager or decision maker.

The voice for the audio narration is also great. Sounds authoritative and is clear

Great book!

Enjoyed reading the book. Very simple and easy to understand. I provides very handy techniques. I think the physical copy would be slightly better though because the book has a lot of hands on exercises which I think would be easier to do with an actual hard copy.
