Excellent Narrator
I liked the book, it was entertaining and the characters were well done. I’m glad of the ending and hope for more stories. It was a very short book, that’s okay though.

Great performance, character driven and the story bounces along & keeps your interest. Only 2 hours long (which was a huge disappointment)
Hopefully the next book will be much longer!

It was ok
It is short, and honestly that was probably a good thing since I made myself finish it because of that. The story wasnt bad, but the narrator was not great, and the MCs constant depression was starting to get very grating. I doubt I'll get the next audiobook, but I might read it so that if the constant poor me, boo hoo, continues I can more easily skim over it.

Short but really good.
Found it on sale I having just come off a litrpg kick and wanting something scifi, found this on sale and decided to pick it up and while short it was definitely good and can't wait for the next one to hit audible.

Spend the money but don’t waste a credit on this novella.
Enjoyed listening to The Worst Ship in the Fleet. You don’t get dragged through a long prelude but you have a book that’s interesting from the start. The main protagonist is a snarky jerk who cuts himself a lot of slack but you get the impression there’s more to the story and there is. You get military jargon but not too much. There isn’t a whole lot of science in this sci-fi but that lack doesn’t take away from the experience. The characters are complex and at this point in the saga there’s no team cohesion.

Good story and you can’t predict that type of ending
While the “shiny brass bullshit” of officer life was laid out a bit thick for my taste, the story was great! Real moments with laughs and more.
