Narration bad, story good.

Narrator acts like he is reading this while trying not to wake someone up. Whisper yelling is surprisingly irritating. The voice acting is not very good or particularly energetic.

An Excellent Start

What a compelling start to a new series! I cannot wait to continue this adventure! Well written and well narrated, this story has everything you could ask of a space adventure.

Great story!

I like the story, great writing and fun characters. The theme of being stranded and searching for alien tech on a new planet- fun. I am excited to read other books from this author!

Great dynamic between main characters.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book and plan to finish the series. It's a chill, entertaining read that doesn't ask much from you, but isn't cliche either.

Good story!

I liked the storyline but thought the conversation between Evan and Onya, while crossing the planet was unnecessary. Their goals were very dangerous (killer animals, vines and people), yet they kept having time to talk to each other like they were on a first date.
