I couldn't stop listening

Thrilling boy to man transformation story. Rustic medevil town life with magic and wilder beasts, love and treachery! I loved every moment, and will definitely be re-visiting this audio masterpiece!

Adventure story!

This is just the book I have been looking for. And it continues! Can't wait to read the next book! I don't want to give anything away, but I like the way the author has set up the story. The characters have depth and charm, and the action puts you on the edge of your seat. And he gives you time to breathe in between.

beserk for love

i have never connected with a barbarian beserker before. the characters are all good, even though you may hate them. The romance is relatable, including the foibles of humanity, but touching. One of my new favorite books.

Awesome book, I highly recommend it to people who enjoy storytellings about swords, fights and mythical stuff.

Great Book

What made the experience of listening to The Wolf of the North, Book 1 the most enjoyable?

It was a great book it had lots of development but did not drag out. You were on edge most of the time and when you weren't you were enjoying learning about the character. You keep wanting something to happen but other plot twist keep interfering with it.

Worth your time

I just loved this Audio book, the Narrator really makes it feel like you are listening to a story while you sit in a tavern. What I loved about this book is it knows exactly what it is, and it does it well. Its the standard fantasy story but unlike most the author really keeps a good pace through the whole book. The main character does have his flaws, but what is refreshing is he will learn from them very quickly, unlike many fantasy novels where the main character never seems to grow and avoid the same old mistakes.

Engrossing Tale of Heroic Love and Honor

The tale was reminiscent of Robert E. Howard's Conan the Barbarian. awesome world building! Great character development.
