The blackmail brought salvation, just not for him.

Kallan Thane did the right thing. He risked exposing his magic by healing someone on the brink of death. Unfortunately for Kal, the man he saved didn’t thank him. He threatened to expose Kal’s secret to the world if he didn’t heal his group during dungeon runs, forcing Kal into servitude at the hands of a cruel, greedy man.

Kal’s class, divine, wasn’t the curse he originally feared. Not only could Kal dive deeper into dungeons thanks to his healing ability, but his experience gains were higher than usual, and the new spells/abilities he learned were powerful. It helped him win battles against foes twice his level, which led him to the dungeon boss of the Misty Fields, a feat no adventurer had managed before.

Kal didn’t just beat the boss; he freed the undead sea captain’s prisoner, an eastern elf who entered the Misty Fields 300 years ago. Sneaking her past the dungeon hall workers wasn’t easy, but freeing her led to a conversation he never expected to have. The elf knew of the divine class, for it was common in her day.

Knowledge is power. Not only did Kal learn more about his healing ability than ever before, but he finally earned his subclass and was well on his way to becoming a powerful adventurer. The subclass, along with freeing the elf, didn’t come without consequences. Defeating the boss of the Misty Fields closed out the dungeon, allowing two more to pop up in its place. No one had cleared a dungeon of Harth for decades, so the change to the dungeon hall became the talk of the town. News spread widely, drawing the attention of reporters from other cities. This included a reporter who knew Kal and the famous father who disowned him, which added one more problem to the ever-growing list. Not only must he end the blackmailing, but he had to figure out what to do with a woman whose family had long since passed, all while preventing the nosey reporter from discovering his forgotten class.

The First Dungeon Diving Healer is a harem-like LitRPG with leveling, new spells, new armor, and more as one would find in a video game. The book balances storytelling, romance, and action. It also contains romantic scenes that are not intended for young readers. Dungeon dive into your copy today.

the story was great, love the series, my only gripe is the characters are i touched to seemingly dissappear 2 chapters later now this could be laying the groundwork for future additions to the series but it's annoying now. The narration is AI and it's terrible AI at that seriously do yourself a favor and read the book/pass on the audiobook.

great story terrible narration

The personalities of the mc and the women in his life ,excluding the elf from the dungeon, aren’t very good. He’s a weak willed dope that just keeps getting pushed into things. The two younger women are users with few good qualities other than looks. The mother is all over the place but the way she interacts with the mc is kind of overbearing. It looks like the half orc that treated him like crap until she realized how powerful he can be is gonna be a part of his group. I hate it but it makes sense the way the story is going. He accepts any other girl that decides to use him for his power, even though they do a 180 after they figure out how strong they can get through him.

I like the story but not the characters
