This book is a must read for anyone wanting to connect with nature’s rhythms. I learned so much about our bodies cycles, the seasons, ancient healing herbs & how our bodies work in sync with nature. It truly is a remembering of the ancient ways. Such a valuable book.

This book is such a gem! I have the physical copy, and I'm so excited that I get to have the audio version with me all the time now. And it's really just that kind of book - a companion guide, wisdom reference, uplifting messages that you'll want nearby. Listening to this book feels like a beautiful combination of poem, prayer, direct transmission and how-to guide.

And, I'm very picky about audio book voices and this one is such an easy listen. It's read by the author and her voice is warm and kind. Very easy on my ears.

If you are intereseted in feeling more connected to nature, to the natural rhythms of life, to yourself - I felt all of this in this book. This book also introduced me to the wise woman tradition. Listening, I felt more deeply connected to my ancesters and this beautiful tradition of women, working with healing plants, in community, singing, praying, loving and being love. I feel that remembering alive in this book.
