This felt like a journey of the heart.

This felt like a journey of the heart. Mariya writes in a way that is both detailed, mythological and draws you in. I listened to this audiobook and while that made it easier for the meditations (expect to stop and meditate multiple times per chapter), there were aspects where the narrator asks to refer to a photo and instead of saying a description of the symbol, the image is lost in the audio-version. A lot of the activities called for purchasing a lot of new oils, herbs, etc.
I purchased all of the items for the initial ceremony (silver bracelet, salt, moonstone, cedar oil, jasmine oil) and was able to reuse some of those and became more selective about exercises I did or using jasmine in place of rose, or bookmarking practices to do once certain items arrived.
