What and why of certain techniques.

This would be useful to b someone considering therapy for the first time. It doesn't have enough depth to substitute for therapy, which is a good things, but does give insight into the what and why of certain techniques.

Absolutely love this book!

I can't really afford to regularly see a psychologist, so this book is very helpful in addition to my medication.
