Not bad, but too much religion

Typical vampire mpreg, but the religious overtones started to get distracting from the story. narrator also read with a slightly nerdy overtone which made the romance feel a bit fake. 3/5

A sweet guilty pleasure

I received this book of my own free will for an honest review.

This one was actually pretty fun, it began chaotically but it evolved into so much more, Henry was such a sweetheart really, trying to understand everything.

The conflicts between vampires and hunters are as old as vampires tales but the twist with this one was pretty nice actually.

By the end of the story I was so happy and wanting more of Leo and Henry love story that I would actually try to get the other ones, they're interesting in their own way.

I loved this story it has an interesting twist on coupling where where the vampire can become pregnant weather they are male or female is very cool.

I can't wait until the next story I love this series so much I can't wait until the third book comes out on Audible I really really can't wait I love these stories so much they're so complex but yet so much depth into their characters that I can't wait for the fact that the characters get into you they make you want to be those characters in a way and almost like this book of course the character the main character has a way of making that kind of way that you feel that maybe you don't feel the greatest or you're not looking the greatest and you actually get desired by someone that is really really really really hot so maybe it's just in our heads and not in what we look like but mostly in how we feel on the inside so I really really hope this helps I like the story a lot it really really sorry I stay at the really a lot of time so just give this book a chance cuz it's one of my favorite so hope this helps

I was interested in the way this story started out but did not find myself getting lost in the story. There was too much religious overtones for me to enjoy the story and its characters. I know the blurb states that Henry is Catholic, but it just seemed to take over the story for me. I would have liked to see more depth to the characters and more chemistry. There is a good amount of action and some romance in this story. The hints of the ins and outs of the vampire life were interesting, and I would love to see more. Even though this is Henry’s story it seems that Cora’s life and love is almost as big or a bigger focus than Henry’s. It is nice when we get to see Henry and Lyle have some private and connecting time. Their story is a sweet one that has you rooting for love and understanding.
