OMG! This story gives you all the feels and emotions. So freaking good and a must read!

Breathtakingly Beautiful

Jasper lost his twin brother and has no desire to live. He’s so close to taking his own life when a beautiful new classmate changes everything for Jasper. Kit is the new kid in school. He’s happy, bubbly and makes everyone smile. But it turns out that he also needs saving. This story shook me to the core. James Paris did an amazing job narrating!

There was something truly special about this book. Personally, I felt that this was because of the combination of brutal honesty and raw sweetness that the author crafted. I found it simply impossible to resist. This was such a heartachingly beautiful tale. Filled with poignancy, painful and tragic realism, monumental eels and massive swoon, Jasper and Kit's story is going to gut you, break your heart and then heal it with the magic mixture of hope and love. Trust me when I warn you that this MM romance packs a serious emotional punch straight to your heart! Powerful, intense, emotional, sweet and steamy, this love story will tug on your heartstrings and have you swooning as your heat melts into a great big puddle. Jasper and Kit are simply EVERYTHING!!

I didn't read the blurb. I'm just not a blurb reader. I saw K Webster on the cover and knew I needed it.

But I wasn't ready for the tears.

So beautifully written. This story shows grief, loss, heartache, and pain. It also shows how one person can change your life, how one person can make a difference.

My heart… I had no idea it would go through so much in such a short amount of time. It ached for Jasper from the start. Dealing with loss and the pain he was in hit home with me. The struggle it was to continue going about life each day was incredibly relatable and had me choked up at times. Then here comes Kit. This bright and sunny gem of a guy who instantly saw in Jasper that he was losing a battle within his heart and mind. He gave him reasons to make it to the next day little by little without rushing him to talk about it.

The way these two wind up taking care of each other and saving each other - yea I couldn’t hold back the tears anymore. Jasper’s final moment at rock bottom, I’ve been there. Kit’s terrifying moment where his body was losing its own battle, I’ve been through it with my husband. Both instances were scary AF and made me connect with this story in ways I wasn’t expecting. I’ll be honest I didn’t even need the little bit of spice that was added in because the story was touching enough with or without it.

Such a sweet book and such a sweet couple.

He Made Me Stay was beautifully written. I was crying from beginning to end with no breaks. The characters were written very well, taking you into the mind of a character planning to take their own life.

This is the second book I’ve read about one of the main characters as diabetic and this was also portrayed very well. K Webster either really did their research for these two characters or has personal life experience it was that scary good.

While this book does circle about suicide, it does have a HAE.

So sweet and beautiful

I love this story. Kit and his family are such bright forces of nature. You can’t help but fall in love with them. Jasper’s pain is real and visceral. The worry his family feels is evident in their ever action. Kit and Jasper’s love story is beautiful and beautifully written.

Wow what an incredible book! This book my have triggers for some. This is a high school MM instant love. Jasper is suffering from severe depression and suicidal thoughts due to losing his twin brother. When the new student stampedes over his plan. Kit is the new student. He is gay and is a diabetic. Due to Kits personality and disease, something sparks in Jasper and draws his attention in a new light. They both found each other at right time of their lives. They saved each other. I highly recommend this book. James Paris did a fantastic job narrating this book.
