Wasn’t expecting much.

Happily surprised, I want to listen to the next book in the series. This seems well fleshed out and I can’t wait to see where it goes.

Excellent real world intrigue mixed w RPG action.

Really fun listen, well read (by a single person using great voices & accents), laughed out loud many times. Characters are all very interesting and engaging, something for everyone. Gets into D&D style RPG characteristics, mixed with real-world drama & strategizing, and looking forward to book #2!

Interesting read

The story spends time to give the reader a good idea of the characters and their roles. The build up leads to an exciting conclusion. The narrator is smooth and keeps the pace going so there’s no lag. His voices are very good.

Amazing storytelling!

I loved this book. It was excellent storytelling and fantastic world building. The narrator was excellent. I usually get the kindle and audio version of books I’m reading so that I can listen in the car and read at other times. I found myself waiting and only listening to this book. I can’t wait for the next one.
