Clean Eating and Carb Cycling in a Cinch

This book simplifies eating clean. It also introduces carb cycling in a simple manageable form. This book is also very well narrated by the author himself. If you haven't heard of Michael Morelli Jr, please do yourself a favor and find him on all social media platforms. He's literally changed my life.

This book is based on a lot of old data and disproven theories. For instance, the idea that beans and veggies provide "incomplete" proteins is false.
