Though I still often get social anxiety, I can see myself getting better, and I’m more hopeful. It goes into detail on overcoming social anxiety, shyness, and its negative effects. Many people struggle with social anxiety, but there is hope for a way out. It also talks about people-pleasing and how to cure it.

It has a strong emphasis on cognitive skills to help you change your thinking about anxiety.
