This is something that really works

Suffered from shyness and social anxiety for much of my teenage and adult life and i have tried everything from hypnosis to numerous books. This one was different. It had actual advice I could follow. Am i totally cured? No of course not, it is not that simple but i am a LOT better and feel i get better every single day. Narration was good but at times her voice could be a tad irritating.

There was a lot of comprehension in this book I had never genuinely mulled over before. I felt this book really isolates the uneasiness issue and empowers you to make sense of what causes your apprehension and if social pressure is the one you suffer from. There was a huge amount of adjusting aptitudes that you can practice when you feel yourself getting anxious. If you're looking for a book that genuinely isolates the disarray this is a not too bad book in the first place.

Easy to understand

Excellent. It adds structure to social interaction, confirms what you have been doing right, and illuminates what wrong you have been doing wrong, and how to do it right. As a person who deals mostly with computers, this is exactly what I needed.

I really enjoyed this book. This book is outstanding. It would be better with tips or tricks or exercises to practice. It is extremely useful for people of all ages and across the entire spectrum of shyness and social awkwardness. Overall a good book.

Infinitely helpful

Infinitely helpful. I wish so badly I had this book when I was 13. I have Asperger's syndrome myself, and the best way of compensating for any shortcomings is self-awareness and this book teaches it very well.

A practical guide

Elegantly composed, straightforward and this would be a perfect expansion to secondary school and school asset focuses. The material is introduced in such a characteristic and non-judgemental way, which is the reason I trust this creator is so successful. He causes the peruser to foresee what each new phase of rising up out of timidity may bring, which is both defensive and shrewd, to help set up the peruser for consistently. I very suggest this book
