Brilliantly insightful

Loved every minute of this book which has a huge range of practical tips to take you forward on your own journey. Really reminds you of what is important and how to recognise when you try and trip yourself up. Thank you Sara.

Easy to listen too and very helpful.

Good in all regards but probably aimed and younger more professional type listener but plenty helpful for all in it.

Brilliant

I loved this book. It was really well read by the author, who is British and not American and I loved her voice! It is full of practical and no nonsense advice that I could apply immediately.

Will learn something new

This book is easy to follow. Learnt some new approaches to how I deal with my emotions and those of others. But overall it gave me the realisation that it's ok to put myself first! I'm looking after my SHED!

Book is narrated by the author so you feel you're getting 1:1 coaching.
