I loved this book! Highly recommend!! Kimberly Davis's narration is awesome and draws you in.

I LOVE this book.

This book was right on time for me. I recently transitioned to a new role. A few weeks in the position and it was crystal clear that a culture shift was needed, especially at the mid-management and leadership level. This book gave me the tools to take on the task and to begin to change the culture of the organization.

Not what I thought I was buying

This book is deceiving on what you would think it was written on. I couldn’t listen even half way through. I don’t recommend this

simpering overly dramatic and not at all business-related. This was a huge disappointment. don't do it

Lackluster, cookie-cutter advice

I have a hard time believing anything she said because she spends the entire book expanding on other people’s ideas and rarely brings any tangible research or evidence of her own. I feel like I’m listening to a hodgepodge of Instagram aspirational posts instead of an actual book. The performance is also very low quality - hard cuts, inconsistent volume. Over all I was very underwhelmed.
