I think I’d rather have the physical copy of the book to get more out of it with the exercises. I think this is a great book and just frees you from this burden we feel like we have.

There are a handful of books that have powerfully changed my life and propelled me down my path of healing…this book is definitely on that list for me.

Life-changing

I have read quite a few books on feminine issues, culture, sexuality and self-improvement and I think this one was the most pivotal for me in so many ways. perhaps it wouldn't have hit me so effectively if I had read it 5 years ago or even 3 years ago. but I am positive this one will be one that I come back to over and over as I move through the world. I recommend for any woman in any walk of life as well as men who are willing to put some time and thought into a woman's psyche and life experience. I will be searching for all things with this author has created or is involved in starting now.

I absolutely loved this book

Unlike many personal development books, this book is more like a guide book with stories from her years of experience training women to hold their power. I felt like I was getting a sneak peak into her training program, with vivid description of how to use the practices in real time, not just theory. This book fulfills a need for all women; to recognize how we have been raised to diminish our own power, and how to reclaim that power with ninja-like skill, all the while staying in the center of our hearts. This book teaches women not how to manipulate, but how to love our way to deeper empowerment. SO GOOD!!
