This book is wonderful for self-reflection
This book is wonderful for self-reflection and building a love for yourself when it was a hard thing to do. The exercises are fantastic, but for me, were a little slow-paced.

Excellent at Improving your Self-Esteem!
I listen a of this workbook for myself over a year ago, and spent time each day reading the text and carefully completing the exercises. At first, I saw no improvement, but I kept on with it .
